BMT undertakes to treat as confidential all information provided by the customer in connection with the reservation and participation in guided motorbike tours.

2. Restricted use of data

The personal data collected will only be used for the purpose of providing the services requested by the customer, including booking, organizing tours and communicating travel details.

All electronic communications and transactions between the customer and BMT will be secured to prevent unauthorized access to confidential information.

All intellectual property relating to the tour, including photographs and videos, belongs to BMT. Customers may be permitted to use this material for personal use, but any commercial use requires written permission.

6.Purpose of processing

The customer’s personal data will be kept for as long as is necessary to provide the services requested and in accordance with legal obligations.

9.   Pictures copyright:

By participating in the guided motorbike tours, the customer authorizes BMT to use, reproduce and distribute the photos taken during the trip, on all media, for promotional and commercial purposes.

10. Restricted use:

BMT undertakes to use the photos solely for the promotion of its services and not to share them with unaffiliated third parties without the client’s prior consent.

11.    Revocation of Consent :

Customers may revoke their consent to the use of their photos for promotional purposes by contacting BMT. However, this will not affect the legality of the processing carried out prior to the revocation
