Daily Program

DAY 1 : After your transfer to the hotel, this first day is devoted to acclimatisation, administrative formalities and a general briefing on the tour. The earlier you arrive in Marrakech, the more time you will have to explore Jemaa El Fena Square and its lively streets.  Welcome dinner.

Night in Marrakech

DAY 2 : After a hearty breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to our departure base. Head due south towards the Tiz’nTest pass. We’re plunged straight into the High Atlas. An extraordinary route, but a region that bore the full brunt of the earthquake of 8 September 2023. After lunch with breathtaking views, we reach Taroudant after an epic descent of the pass.

DAY 3 : A morning dedicated to argan oil, saffron and the dates palm trees. The route heads due east, skirting the High Atlas range. We pass through Taliouine (home of saffron) and Tazenakht (home of hand-woven Berber carpets) before reaching Draa Valley through Bouazzer mines.
290 Km/180 miles . Night in Agdz

DAY 4 : We set off early in the morning for Ouarzazate and Ait Ben Haddou, where we spend some time exploring this UNESCO World Heritage Site, known as the setting for several major Hollywood productions. We continue the return crossing of the High Atlas to reach the Kasbah of Telouet for a lunch break before tackling the Tichka, the highest tarmac road in Morocco (2260m), and arriving in Marrakech in the late afternoon. Transfer to your hotel before our farewell dinner

DAY 5 : Breakfast at the hotel. Free time before your transfer to the airport.
